The free bingo caller app for Windows. Run a polished, professional bingo night with a full projector display, digital cards on every player's phone, and a winner celebration that brings the house down.
Watch Bingo Stage running a live game.
Perfect for
Most bingo nights are held together with printed cards and crossed fingers. Bingo Stage replaces all of that.
Each number flies across the projector as an animated ball before landing on the board. It's a small thing that makes a big impression.
Drag the display window to a second monitor or projector and you're live — full number board, last ball, win pattern, and sponsor ticker, visible from the back row.
Players scan a QR code and get a unique digital card on their phone. Cards save automatically and reset when you start a new game — zero paper, zero hassle.
One-click Cloudflare Tunnel gives you a public URL — no port forwarding needed. Overflow rooms watch the live board; remote guests get their own digital cards.
Create full-screen announcement slides with images, bold text, and a countdown timer. Players see the rules, prizes, and sponsors before the first ball drops.
Type a Card ID to instantly verify any winning card against the exact numbers called. Five custom win pattern templates plus a fully custom pattern editor.
Confirm a winner and the projector erupts — fireworks, then B·I·N·G·O letters smashing in one by one in classic 90s bowling-display style. The room will love it.
Traditional mode cycles the win pattern between diagonal, horizontal, and vertical every 3 seconds on the display — so nobody ever has to ask "what are we playing for?"
Scroll sponsor names and logos along the bottom of the display and on players' phone cards. A polished way to deliver real value to anyone who helped fund the night.
A 6-digit PIN locks the caller page so only you can call numbers when sharing remotely. Players see the board and their cards — nothing else.
Press Ctrl+Enter to roll the next number. Every action has a shortcut so you can stay present with your players.
Bingo Stage checks for updates silently on startup. An update badge appears when something new is ready — one click to download, nothing to configure.
Every screen is designed for readability under stage lighting and on projectors.
Click any number to call or uncall it. Called numbers light up in their column colour. The last called ball is shown at the top alongside a count of numbers remaining.
Drag the display window to a projector or second monitor. The board, animated ball, win pattern, and sponsor ticker are visible at any distance.
Players scan a QR code to get a unique card on their phone. Tap to dab numbers. Cards are saved to the device and automatically refreshed when the game resets.
Create rich-text slides with built-in templates. Slides advance automatically every 30 seconds. A QR code for virtual cards appears in the corner when the tunnel is active.
From download to first call in under five minutes.
Download the latest BingoStage-Setup-*.exe from the Releases page and run the installer. A Start Menu shortcut is added automatically.
Launch Bingo Stage from the Start Menu. The caller control page opens in your browser. Click Open Display (📺 icon) to open the display window — drag it to your projector or second monitor.
Click Game Setup to choose a win pattern — pick a built-in template (Traditional, X, T, Ring Around Free, Blackout) or draw a custom pattern. The win pattern appears on the display for players to see.
Go to Settings → Remote Sharing and toggle on the Cloudflare Tunnel. After a one-time download, a public URL appears with QR codes for the live display and virtual bingo cards. Players scan the QR code to get a card on their phone.
Click Announcements to build slides shown on the display before the game. Use the ▾ arrow for built-in templates (welcome, rules, prizes). Click Start Slideshow when ready — the display shows a cover screen with a Start Game button.
Click any number on the board to call it, or press Ctrl+Enter to roll a random number. Called numbers light up on the board and the display animates a ball flying to the called position. Click a number again to uncall it.
Click Verify Card (Ctrl+K) and enter the player's Card ID (for virtual cards) or type the 24 numbers manually. A BINGO confirmation shows instantly and the display launches fireworks automatically.
Click the Reset (↺) button to clear all called numbers. Slides, sponsors, and settings are preserved. If virtual cards are enabled, all connected players receive fresh cards automatically.
Free to download. Free forever. No strings attached.
Install in two minutes and run your first game tonight.
